He knows Time Baby very, VERY well. Most of the other times he uses his decent hax.

Discord starts with power null + transmutation
Bill is also terrible at fighting people who have powers similar to him or those who are more creative

and when he realized nothing would work he still decided to go for punches
even if Bill does use transmutation, Discord can either turn the transmutation blast into balloons or he can come back from the snapping transmutation like this and this

His transmutation is based off Biological Manip + there is mind hax too anyways.
Show it cuz mostly what you sent is not an actual powernull that negates all of opponents abilities.

Are we talking about the same guy? Shacktron, who resists all of Bill’s hax by default? Seriously? And he knows that, he straight up saw Dipper and Ford making an anti-weirdness shield.
Okay, but transmutation is not the only thing Bill has y’know.

not all of his transmutation is based off bio manip
bio manip is going to do nothing anyway since discord can always reform back via shapeshifting/body control/transformation

coz Discord resist/has an answer to like 99% of his abilities

Bill's petrification is not doing anything to Discord. Petrification is literally just transmutation and Discord can petrify himself and undo it just fine. We know he's immune because if you petrify yourself with your own magic, you're trapped as a statue until freed, meaning Discord would need resistance to said power to use it on himself with no issues. The only time it worked was when he was up against his own kryptonite. Not to mention he Can transform into dust and transform back, along with turning into bubbles, and outside of this, he's been able to consistently change his body.
i dont even think energy projection is a wincon seeing how it can easily be avoided

Scan? And also it could be he himself making a petrification on himself which is revertable as we have a DIRECT ANTI-FEAT from the series which is ESSENTIAL to the plot.

Discord can remain conscious when turned into random shit and just change himself back. Discord is an abstract being, he doesn't really have a true form since he's a Spirit of Chaos. So unless Bill is affecting that abstract form, I dont think his mind is being affected here

it worked because Celestia and Luna literally had the elements of harmony, one of the strongest artifacts ever, something that is opposite to discord
we saw discord petrify himself, get turned into dust, bubbles and he turned out fine but the elements of harmony>>>

It didn’t work because “Power of Friendship” it worked because the Elements are Discord’s literal opposite. Not only are they shown to reverse and nullify his powers. But they represent Order and Harmony, whereas Discord represents Chaos and Disharmony. We even see in the IDW comics when Discord turns himself into the Spirit of Order, Accord, The Elements were completely useless against him. The reason he was able to be petrified with the Elements is because they are his literal conceptual opposite, and seal his powers away.
