Walter has prep time.

Leon only has 9-B weapons and is his RE2 self.

Who wins?
Walter White Render
Resident evil 2 remake leon
2 weeks of prep time

On Alburquerque.

End ofn series Walt

I know almost nothing about walter white except that Leon has much more combat experience than him, but what could walter do with prep time?

Create bombs, manipulate people, use chemistry, create a gun-car.

But you are really missing out if you have not seen Breaking Bad.

Walter's prep skills are only half as good in a scenario where he doesn't have knowledge of where he's fighting or who he's dealing with. A lot of his less-informed plans he made up on the spot were nowhere near as brilliant as the ones where he had blatant prior knowledge of who he was dealing with and what a few of their personal weaknesses were, with the only exception being the scene where he took out that group of neo-nazis at the end of the series. (and even then, he knew enough to know that he was and was aware of the fact that he was a lone man with no backup and final-stage cancer of all things, going up against a small platoon of experienced criminals)

SBA also kind of screws him over. This isn't Albuquerque; Walt has no idea how New York is laid out and has never been anywhere even remotely close to the kind of sprawling, greenery-laden expanse that Central Park is. And seeing as the OP hasn't specified how much prep time Walt gets, there's know way of knowing whether or not he has enough time to familiarize himself with the layout beforehand.

Edit the OP.

Also, if this is set on Walt's home turf, that changes a lot, seeing as Leon has never been there and Walt not only knows the place like the back of his hand, but also has a really not-funny number of contacts and resources to draw from over there. (Although if this is Walt as of the final episode, he's basically screwed over everyone who ever would have been willing to help him out here, so forget that second part if that's the case)
