Brandish and Marin lose due to the OP speeds.
If speeds were equal Brandish would solo with intermediate injury.
Also, since Brandish's speed will be confirmed in the next chapter where she actually fights, I'm gonna say tie.
Other possibilities:
Brandish might be fast enough to shrink them both.
