I assume you mean NPI here. Lady bone demon is the one who has NPI not the SF itself, which is what will the environmental destruction.

She'll instanly explode the SF due to her purpose of wanting to "restart the world" and clean it off from evil such as Kaguya. Even assuming LBD falls under Genjustu, that would leave the SF uncontrolled and will blow up on its own like Red Son explained earlier, leading to Kaguya's death as the SF outranges her.

In short:
Kaguya puts LBD into Genjustu = LBD actives the explosion --> LBD is incap = the blast spreads and wipes out Kaguya
