He shoots something that follows the target and if it hits will maybe inta-kill or take a dozen minutes in doing so. It's in his Notable Attacks/Techniques.

ACT 4, even if doesn't kill, it can incap quite easily. JoJo only needs to hit once, has 10 bullets and a horse for greater mobility. I'll check shortly Bravo's page.

I mean, an incap Valentine could jump into a moving chariot and Johnny has some really fast and powerful regen.
