Anyways so Kyu is presumably only limited to her natural abilities unless power null is something that goes away after a while or can fail, so that leaves her with flight, tracking (tho super ******* limited), and arguably the dating grid? Would it null that? It's sort of equipment

Human arthur with no Keys doesn't have any kind of passive power null. He could presumably power null her if he manages to place his right hand on her, but at that point he could also probably just command her heart to stop so I doubt he'd try to power null her then.

Ah, okay. That helps quite a bit, but unfortunately Kyu loses her main method of invisibility.

So...she either tries to kick his ass or fly away and throw rocks at him. I'm assuming Kyu would probably not have a good time up close?

He's pretty good with a fair few weapons after his training with the army of the architect, was trained by people with centuries of experience, figths New Niths who were made to fight beings with a centry of experience - pity he doesn't have a sword here.
