Regen negation actually comes from killing False Sayaka but the reasoning is the same.

Type 2 can go as far as the Soul Gem being able to survive without a body according to WoG, but pretty much anything beyond her level of healing will incap her

Which part? If it's the immortality negation, the entire game is literally about severing the ability to stay alive longer than a natural lifespan. And everyone in the game is obsessed with immortality to the point that they tried everything from divine blessings, to necromancy. Sekiro's Mortal Blade was stated to specifically negate all their immortalities. Thus, all the types of immortality Sekiro negates.

Immortality negation is basically the defining characteristic of sekiro's powerset, beyond his own immortalities, so you're gonna need more than just calling it an nlf to counter that. Explain why.

Actually, we can get the storm feat calced. The storm's area is the entirety of the Ashina Castle grounds as after Genchiro's boss fight, the area is snowy.

Not just Ashina Castle, almost all the area in the game (besides Mibu Village) is affected by it judging by the large abundance of snow in the area.

Also Bambu might make a calc for it though we still don't know if the storm's legit or not.

Kyoko's type 2 is more of a consequence of being a puppet of a gem more than an actual power.

Besides, the mortal blade negates Undead Immortality as well as Reliant Immortality as shown how Genchiro nearly killed Kuro despite his Immortality being connected to the divine dragon.

Arguably it is. At least one instance of Sekiro's Type 4 negging comes from the unkillable bastards that are infested by parasites keeping them alive. I dunno how PMMM handles stuff but just the idea of being a puppet shouldn't be an issue since that's pretty much exactly how training guy stayed alive.

Also I want it to be known that I don't think this 7-B key is staying, the storm seems very much like environmental destruction rather than true potency. Sekiro is pretty weak in terms of actual feats.

What I'm saying is that the Mortal Blade can sever connections that result in one being immortal.

The magical girl is the soul gem and the body is like a puppet being controlled. The Mortal Blade would sever the "string" that allows the soul gem to control the body the same way Genchiro nearly severed the connection between the Divine Dragon and Kuro.

The soul gem would no longer have control over their body since that connection would no longer exist.

Besides Kyoko wears her soul gem on her chest which is one the primary places Sekiro strikes when performing stealth assassinations. So he would just coincidentally destroy it when dealing a deathblow.

Don't get me wrong, it's absolutely him causing it, it just shouldn't scale to his physical power. It's Environmental Destruction. It's not a case where he's shown a capacity to actually have the same potency outside of just making it rain real bad.

Again, just making a storm isn't straight up attack potency. We had that discussion about ED ages ago. Just being responsible for the creation of a storm doesn't translate to actual, physical attack potency. Just the capacity to destroy/affect a wide area.
