This is base Homura right? Haven't seen PMMM or caught up with DAL LN so I can't really say for sure, but man, looking at Homura's profile, her hax >>> Kurumi's hax

Comparison (from the profiles, anyway):

• AP: Kurumi

• Speed: Homura, although Kurumi's Aleph and Bet should neutralize this. And then there is Zayi as well

• Durability: Kurumi

• Hax and Time Manipulation: Homura

This is my guess:

R1: If they start right away I think Homura can wear down Kurumi with her speed. Homura 7/10

R2: Kinda similar, but if Homura's hax is truly >>> Kurumi's hax, then Homura 8/10

R3: Now this is closer. If Kurumi has prep she can use Aleph on herself to outspeed Homura, and then freeze her with Zayin and then just unloads all her bullets on a frozen Homura. This is, if Homura's durability is truly Building level in her base form. I say 50-50

But then of course, as I said I haven't watched PMMM so I'm not certain of Homura's abilities, and her profiles combines all her abilities in all forms, so...

considering i've only watched anime for DAL, i'd say homura stomps for sure, kurumi is very strong too but homura with the rebellion is totally on another level, if rebellion is not considered than probably kurumi

I watched both PMMM and DAL, and I am sure that homura wins. Even if her soul gem is a weakness, she is way to fast for Kurumi. And if it is composite homura (which means with homura tamura) homura stomps (she is planetary level). And even if Kurumi is about to win, I am sure that homura will transform into Devil homura, and if she does kurumi doesn't have a single chance to win because her durability is like city level while Demon Homura's attacks are like UNIVERSE LEVEL.
