Krillin should be upgraded from High 4-C to 3-B

Currently, Krillin is listed as High 4-C (Large Star level) but he should be upgraded to 3-B (Multi-Galaxy level). This is my reasoning:

KURIRIN (Mayumi Tanaka)
The strongest Earthling warrior, who became a pupil of Kame-Sen’nin’s with Goku, and who has fought together with him in numerous life-or-death battles. Now he patrols the town as a police officer.

This is said during the Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection 'F' Saga, that happens after the Buu Saga and after Uub is born.

Uub is the reincarnation of Majin Buu so he should be as strong as Kid Buu was. And Toriyama says Krillin is "the strongest Earthling warrior" making him stronger than Uub (because he's an Earthling too).

If I get what you meant, he should even be 3-B, not just 4-B since he gave Goku more than enough energy to enter MUI again and to create that giant energy avatar. We don't even have a profile for DBS Uub to claim that he is 4-B.

That's not the normal power Uub can use, he can't use all that power by himself but it's inside of him.

Goku from beginning of DBS should be comparable to Kid Buu in SSJ (4-B). Krillin pushed Goku to use SSJ in their fight and Goku should be vastly stronger at the time of the Tournament of Power.

Well, it's an even bigger upgrade then because Anime Goku is 3-A.

Also, Tien Shinhan should be Large Star level+ with Kikoho since he's stronger than Buu Saga Goku and Kikoho is bigger than SSJ multiplier (x50).

The Kikoho didn't damaged Semi Perfect Cell if that what you mean. Just delayed him long enough for #18 and #16 to escape
