Kotomine Kirei is in his prime from Fate/Zero. He also has all of the Command Seals he retrieved from his father prior to his fight with Kiritsugu.
Souren Araya, meanwhile, does have prep time and homefield advantage within the Ogawa Apartments. He does not, however, have further assistance from Cornelius in this fight.
