Knuckles VS Tails (Knuckles: 5, Tails: 8, Inconclusive: 1) [[CONCLUDED]]

Knuckles incredibly easily.

Knuckles hits him one good time and he's out of Super, due to Knux's connection with the Emeralds. From there, it's a one sided stomp.

Knuckles can't knock Tails out of his Super form, and there's no Master Emerald in this fight so Knuckles won't be able to revert Tails back to base using it

Knux wasn't touching the Master Emerald when he did that to Sonic, nor was he empowered by it. It's just a power he has.

No, that's a outlier for Knux probaly because of the Master Emerald, he can't do that to Sonic later in the same game anyways

That's an outlier. It was discussed many times in previous Sonic threads. It's ridiculous to scale base Characters to their Super Forms

He has an innate connection to the Master Emerald regardless, and pretty sure the second half of the sentence is game mechanics, as base Knux never fights Super Sonic after his initial ambush.

Except it's not an outlier, because Knux doesn't scale to Super Sonic. It's a verse unique hax he specifically has.

Again, The Master Emerald isn't present here. Knuckles won't be able to use it.

Also, Base Knuckles was never shown to be comparable to characters who scale to Super Sonic either (such as Super Knuckles defeating the Heavy King with the Phantom Ruby. By your logic, he would knock it away with one punch even at base. Also, Base Knuckles can't damage Mecha Sonic when he uses the Master Emerald either, so your point still fall)

Also, I don't support any side. I just won't support an argument based on outliers.

Headcanon, in this match he doesn't have the Master Emerald and nothing in the series shows he can do that except one cutscene that gets contradicted, and no, you can't just aply game mechanics to that, also Knuckles can't depower Mecha Sonic's super form as well

Dude, you throw the word "headcanon" around way too much. I mean, i agree on calling that moment an outlier but i've noticed how much you use that word to argue against people.

I use the word "headcanon" when it's needed, like giving Knuckles a special hax that he hasn't show, that's headcanon

Also how do you know I use it "too much"? Are u stalking me?

I'm also like 99% sure Knux didn't know how to cancel the Emeralds pre SA1 cause there is where he learned Tikals chant.
