Dodging is not the only problem trought, is also the fact that she can blind him with light, which Ayano don't have much answer to it.

he has ESP and can sense stuff without looking at them directly, not to mention he scales above characters who can dodge stuff without looking at them

And the full argument is that, when Angie blinds him with Light, he gonna get caught by surprise and not react fast enough to dodge all the balls she gonna trown at him. Which is a lot.
