Oh:

1) As its stated that the boos empower the King Boo and Kirby is "At least 4-A", given that I dunno if there is a difference in AP between the two, Im giving the King Boo those boos so his AP is equal.

2) The boos are there to cheer for their king.

3) I know its mario.

In any case Kirby has this via superior AP, experience, decent resistances to KB's haxes and haxes in general. If you wait a few days (or weeks) he could gain another form of resurrection and new minor abilities, but he don't really need that here.

Why are the boos there? They aren't doing anything. Anyway, Kirby takes this. He is capable of attacking and killing immortal (type 7) and intangible villians. He has more hax, has a much higher AP, and apparently, according to OP's description, Kirby is bloodlusted, which gives Kirby another advantage. Only thing King Boo has going for him is his intelligence.
