Probably Po via Wu-Xi Finger Hold and having a similar level of range with stuff like the Mongolian Fireball, paralysis with Chao-Wa Punch Kick, and blinding abilities with the Golden Lotus Clap.

If we're excluding Legends of Awesomeness abilities then probably still Po via being too durable and Wu-Xi Finger Hold.
