Assuming that his skills from UAF haven't gotten worse, he should probably have "Acrobatics", "Shapeshifting", "Vehicular Mastery" and "Skilled Fighter" added to his base abilities since his UAF version also has them

Feedback has also been upgraded from Low 2-C to Low 1-C, so maybe he could be upgraded to Low 1-C as well due to possessing Feedback's powers

Assuming that he's just as smart as or smarter than his UAF self, his Intelligence could probably also be upgraded from Average to Genius

Edit: He could probably also have "Skilled Fighter" added to his base abilities since UAF Kevin briefly managed to fight off some Forever Knights while he wasn't armored
