Kevin is currently 10-A, but he should probably be 6-C in his base form since he's most likely comparable to Ben and Gwen Tennyson

I probably need a justification for base form Kevin actually harming a 6-C character

I found this scene of him giving Darkstar a black eye, who was able to survive hits from Echo Echo, Spidermonkey, Jetray, and Humungousaur while his body was in a much weaker state

No, 48 hrs after creation of thread and after that, you can apply it the moment u get enough staff inputs.

Rule is to not apply any changes within 48 hrs of thread creation even if staffs has accepted it + only apply changes when staff has accepted it.
