This is a tough one; while Karel does have the more properly calc'd AP advantage, Kenshin scales to someone who's overwhelmingly stronger than Fuji, who has some very casual building level feats. Fuji was able to effortlessly slice 3-4 story buildings in half with a single strike. We need a proper calc on Fuji swinging that big sword; it could be High 8-C for all we know.

That being said, Kenshin does have more notable techniques and is extremely skilled as incapacitating his enemies, but most of Kenshin's strongest opponents were defeated via one on one where as the armies he took out were full of fodder non superhumans. Where as Karel took on entire armies of superhumans.

Really damn good match up, and could go either way, but I'm going to lean towards Karel just for now at least.

Himura has pseudo-precog/mind reading.

When comparing too characters of equal talent I guess that can edge out the winner.

For now, Kimura has my vote.
