Yeahhhhh it is. It’s basically an outlier as it was preform by a mid to low tier fighter while the god tiers of the verse out right say that without foresight it’s impossible to dodge/react to bullets

Yeah, I'm in favor of Swing being classified as possible momentum manipulation as well, considering it was directly stated to use the same principles as Ohma's redirection, but at a much higher level.
