Katha-Hem Downgrade

After rereading the BPRD comic I realized that Katha-Hem's statistics are incorrect. Instead of destroying several cities, he actually only ruins one city and that is by converting the citizens into monsters. So what should be done about his stats? What I recommend is to downgrade him to Town level based on him tanking cruise missiles.
 
This seems straightforward. Really don't see why it needs to wait any longer.

But, anyway, I agree with this in full. The change should be necessary.
