No. D4c can dimension hop. Unless youre claiming purgatorio isnt a universe nor dimension which youve claimed before was weekly .

And that was me being generous. When an alternate Kars killed "prime Funny" it immediately hopped to the Funny with Joji. The narration by Joji implies instant, but we most remember this is from his perspective. So "at most", it would pass a couple seconds before attaching itself to a new Kars. But the hop itself starts the moment he dies.

The Plane scene where she had no idea who or what she was fighting but she went into purgatorio instinctively

Bayo resists soul removal and destruction
She's strong enough that C-Moon's gravity shouldnt affect her
Kars doesnt lead with time stop so if he tries to get close and use a contact-based stand he gets atomized
If D4C tries to body hop she can just kill it
Basically Bites the Dust is the only thing that would be a huge issue for Bayo here and Purgatorio would likely circumvent it

He was in the room when Bayonetta met him and could see her without Cereza's glasses, and every time she would go into Purgatorio, she would jump into a portal. She did not do that at all throughout the fight.

@J-Man Kars has no resistance to matter manipulation on his profile
There's a difference between being atomized through sheer AP and atomized via matter hax, though in this case Bayo would be able to do both
