Looking at Karasuma's page, I thought he should probably have his durability upgraded to wall level, as he was able to easily catch a steel beam swinging at him fast enough for it to appear as a blur, and was unharmed by large chunks of concrete being blown downwards at him by an explosion.
Also, all his wall level AP feats were done through brute strength, so they should count for durability as well.
