I'll summarize the change

• Time stop

Swartz: 2 layers
Tsukuyomi: 3 layers to inate and 4 to Kamen Rider Tsukuyomi
Ohma form & Ohma Zi-O: 4 layers
Minor Resistance Time Stop (4 layers) to all Zi-O characters
Time Manipulation Negation (2 layers) for the Singularity negating Swartz time stop.

• Existence Erasure

Ohma form & Ohma Zi-O: 3 layers for deleting the entire timeline, bypassing his own resistance
Singularity like Woz, Decade, Diend, Kiva-la will have 3 layers of Resistance unaffected by Ohma Zi-O rewrote the history
