Teoi has created a website that describes Kamen Rider forms, items villains, etc. Upon look at these, a ton of new abilities are showed that we didn't know about. Kamen Rider Blade

- Blade Buckle: Kenzaki’s henshin device which allows him to transform into Kamen Rider Blade. After transformation, attached to the belt is his personal weapon, the Blay Rouser
- Blay Rouzer: The personal weapon of Kamen Rider Blade in both his Ace and Jack Forms. The front of the blade acts as a tray which holds cards which contain the power of Undeads, monsters that Blade has defeated previously. The Blay Rouzer is capable of using up to 3 Rouze Cards at a time.
- Rouze Cards: Various Cards which hold the power of previously defeated Undeads. By sliding it across the blade of the Blay Rouzer, Kenzaki is able to use the powers of each respective card.
- Slash Lizard: A Rouze Card of the 2 of Spades, the Lizard Undead. Slash Lizard’s ability is to increase the sharpness of the Blay Rouzer, enhancing its overall power
- Beat Lion, A Rouze Card of the 3 of Spades, the Lion Undead, Beat Lion’s ability is to strengthen the user’s physical strength, allowing Kenzaki to knockback stronger foes from a single attack.
- Tackle Boar: A Rouze Card of the 4 of Spades, the Boar Undead. Tackle Boar’s ability is to increase the user’s physical strength, allowing Kenzaki to perform a charge attack to ram enemies.
- Kick Locust: A Rouze Card of the 5 of Spades, the Locust Undead. Kick Locust’s ability is to increase the user’s physical strength, allowing Kenzaki to perform his Rider Kick.
- Thunder Deer: A Rouze Card of the 6 of Spades, the Deer Undead. Thunder Deer’s ability is to supplement attacks with electricity. He can shoot out electricity or channel it through his attacks.
- Metal Trilobite: A Rouze Card of the 7 of Spades, the Trilobite Undead. Metal Trilobite’s ability is to transmute Kenzaki’s armor into metal, greatly reducing damage. It could either no sell attacks or even push back enemies after it’s been hit.
- Magnet Buffalo: A Rouze Card of the 8 of Spades, the Buffalo Undead. Magnet Buffalo’s ability is to allow the user to freely manipulate magnetic forces to even pull enemies towards him.
- Mach Jaguar: A Rouze Card of the 9 of Spades, the Jaguar Undead. Mach Jaguar’s ability is to increase the user's speed. Allowing them to blitz people who were previously on their level of speed.
- Time Scarab: A Rouze Card of the 10 of Spades, the Scarab Undead. Time Scarab’s ability is for the user to momentarily stop time to avoid attack.
- Rouze Absorber: A device which is attached to Blade’s wrist, it holds a maximum of three Rouze Cards, a category Jack, Queen, and King. These cards are capable of enhancing the user’s armor, Blade and Garren used this to change their Ace forms into Jack Form. Blade can further enhance this by using the Queen and King cards to evolve into King Form.
- Fusion Eagle: A Rouze Card of the Jack of Spades, the Eagle Undead. It is used in conjunction with the Absorb Capricorn card to transform the user into their Jack Form.
- Absorb Capricorn: A Rouze Card of the Queen of Spades, the Capricorn Undead. It is used in conjunction with the Fusion Eagle card to transform the user into their Jack Form. However, Kenzaki could also be used with the Evolution Caucasus card to evolve into King Form.
- Evolution Caucasus: A Rouze Card of the King of Spades, the Caucasus Undead. It is used in conjunction with the Absorb Capricorn card to evolve the transformant’s armor into their King Form.
- King Rouzer: The personal weapon of Blade King Form, it has the powers of 4 undeads and their Rouze Cards, Thunder Deer, Tornado Hawk, Firefly, and Blizzard Polar. The King Rouzer is able to perform two special moves, Royal Flash which shoots a beam from the blade, and Royal Straight Flush which creates 5 undead projections for Blade to run through before landing a powerful blow.
Kamen Rider Garren

- Mid-Low Regeneration (Like Blade, Garren’s armor has a self healing function and should be comparable to Blade’s own regeneration)

- Shapeshifting and possibly Invisibility through Thief Chameleon (Is capable of copying a person’s form. Is also possible to turn invisible as the Chameleon Undead was able to do so)
- Resistance to Temperature Manipulation (The Mithril Armor Leather is capable of keeping the user’s body temperature uniform under any circumstances)

- Garren Rouzer: His personal weapon, the Garren Rouzer is a gun which converts stored energy into light bullets. The back end of the gun acts as a tray which holds cards which contain the power of Undeads, monsters that Garren has defeated previously. The Garren Rouzer is capable of using up to 3 Rouze Cards at a time.
- Garren Rouzer (Enhanced Type): The personal weapon of Garren’s within his Jack Form. This version of the Garren Rouzer is all around superior to the normal version, although it now has a blade under the muzzle.
- Rouze Cards: Various Cards which hold the power of previously defeated Undeads. By sliding it across the ironsights of the Garren Rouzer, Tachibana is able to use the powers of each respective card.
- Bullet Armadillo: A Rouze Card of the 2 of Diamonds, the Armadillo Undead. It is used to enhance Garren’s shooting attacks, allowing him to kill previously comparable enemies in a few shots.
- Upper Frog: A Rouze Card of the 3 of Diamonds, the Frog Undead. It is used to enhance Garren’s striking strength with a fiery uppercut, knocking back enemies a fair distance and dealing massive damage.
- Rapid Pecker: A Rouze Card of the 4 of Diamonds, the Pecker Undead. It is used to greatly increase the fire rate with the Garren Rouzer.
- Drop Whale: A Rouze Card of the 5 of Diamonds, the Whale Undead. It is used to enhance his dropkicks, allowing him to greatly damage comparable, if not superior, characters like Chalice.
- Firefly: A Rouze Card of the 6 of Diamonds, the Firefly Undead. It is used to supplement the Garren Rouzer’s attacks with fire.
- Rock Tortoise: A Rouze Card of the 7 of Diamonds, the Tortoise Undead. It is used to transmute his body into stone. It’s likely comparable to Blade’s Metal Trilobite.
- Scope Bat: A Rouze Card of the 8 of Diamonds, the Bat Undead. It is used to enhance Garren’s senses as well as his accuracy. His vision is increased to the point where he’s capable of tracking light bullets.
- Gemini Zebra: A Rouze Card of the 9 of Diamonds, the Zebra Undead. It is used to create a copy of the user.
- Thief Chameleon: A Rouze Card of the 10 of Diamonds, the Chameleon Undead. It’s power is to copy an opponent’s form or attack. Since the Chameleon Undead was capable of turning invisible, Garren is possibly also able to turn invisible.
- Rouze Absorber: Like Kenzaki’s Rouze Absorber, it is a device which is attached to Garren’s’s wrist, it holds a maximum of three Rouze Cards, a category Jack, Queen, and King. These cards are capable of enhancing the user’s armor, Blade and Garren used this to change their Ace forms into Jack Form. Garren can further enhance this by using the Queen and King cards to evolve into King Form.
- Fusion Peacock: A Rouze Card of the Jack of Diamonds, the Peacock Undead. It is used in conjunction with the Absorb Serpent card to transform the user into their Jack Form.
- Absorb Serpent: A Rouze Card of the Queen of Diamonds, the Serpent Undead. It is used in conjunction with the Fusion Eagle card to transform the user into their Jack Form. However, Tachibana could also be used with the Evolution Giraffe card to evolve into King Form.
- Evolution Giraffe: A Rouze Card of the King of Diamonds, the Giraffe Undead. Tachibana would use it in conjunction with the Absorb Serpent card to evolve his armor into its King Form. While he does have the two components to achieve King Form, it is unlikely that he could due to Fusion Level being not as high as someone like Kenzaki.
Kamen Rider Chalice
Equipment:
- Base
- Mid-Low Regeneration (His armor can be restored by a natural recovery system. It is likely comparable to Blade and Garren’s regeneration), higher with Recover Camel
- Power Nullification (The Shadow Breast generates a “Shield Force” to nullify attacks)
- Underwater Breathing (Type 3) (The Misty Regulator can produce oxygen even when under water)
- Enhanced Senses (Can detect movement 5km away)
- Information Analysis (Can detect the weak points in a person’s armor)
- Vibration Manipulation (The blades of his bow can vibrate 3 million times a second. While is his Wild Form, he can generate shockwaves through his antenna and bow)
- Temperature and Light Manipulation (His bow fires a high-heat energy light arrow)
- Extrasensory Perception (Could sense that Kenzaki had entered his King Form)
- Summoning (Should be comparable to Blade and Garren who could communicate their bikes through brain waves. Can control the Shadow Chaser at will)
- Possibly Surface Scaling through the Shadow Chaser (Can possibly run on vertical walls)
- Resistance to Explosion Manipulation (Comparable to other Undeads who couldn’t explode even after a finisher)

- Chalice Rouzer: Hajime’s transformation device which allows him to transform into Kamen Rider Chalice. After transformation, attached to the belt is a container which hold his Rouze Cards
- Chalice Arrow: His personal weapon when in his base form. The Chalice Arrow is a bow-like weapon which fires high heat light arrows. The Chalice Arrow’s sides can expand to make the bow into a double-edged sword, both blades vibrate 3 million times per second. The handle can scan Rouze Cards, cards which hold the power of Undeads, monsters that Chalice has defeated previously. The Chalice arrow is capable of using up to 3 Rouze Cards at a time.
- Rouze Cards: Various Cards which hold the power of previously defeated Undeads. By sliding it across the ironsights of the Chalice Arrow, Hajime is able to use the powers of each respective card.
- Spirit: A Rouze Card of the 2 of Hearts, the Spirit Undead. It is used for Hajime to assume the form of a human.
- Chop Head: A Rouze Card of the 3 of Hearts, the Hammerhead Undead. It is used to increase the user’s power, sending it through a karate chop.
- Float Dragonfly: A Rouze Card of the 4 of Hearts, the Dragonfly Undead. Hajime had used this to transform the Dragonfly Undead, although Blade has shown to be able to use this to fly.
- Drill Shell: A Rouze Card of the 5 of Hearts, the Shellfish Undead. It is used to increase the user’s power, sending it through a spinning drill kick.
- Tornado Hawk: A Rouze Card of the 6 of Hearts, the Hawk Undead. It is used to supplement attacks with wind. It can also be used by creating a tornado around Chalice to give him Pseudo-Flight.
- Bioplant: A Rouze Card of the 7 of Hearts, the Plant Undead. It is used to create vines to lash and bind enemies.
- Reflect Moth: A Rouze Card of the 8 of Hearts, the Moth Undead. It is used to repel attacks, the Moth Undead has used this to reflect Blade’s lightning.
- Recover Camel: A Rouze Card of the 9 of Hearts, the Camel Undead. It is used to increase the user’s healing ability while also recovering their physical strength.
- Shuffle Centipede: A Rouze Card of the 10 of Hearts, the Centipede Undead. It allows the user to reuse any previous Rouze Cards.
- Fusion Wolf: A Rouze Card of the Jack of Hearts, the Wolf Undead. Unlike Blade or Garren, Chalice uses the Fusion wolf card to transform into the Wolf Undead.
- Absorb Orchid: A Rouze Card of the Queen of Hearts, the Orchid Undead. Just like the Fusion Wolf Rouze Card, this would’ve transformed Chalice into the Orchid Undead.
- Evolution Paradoxa: A Rouze Card of the King of Hearts, the Paradoxa Undead. Similar to Blade’s Evolution Caucasus, it allows Chalice to transform into Wild Chalice, a form which rivals Blade’s King Form.
- Wild Slasher: Two pairs of sickle-shaped weapons used by Wild Chalice. Both blades vibrate 3 million times per second, both sickles can also be attached to the Chalice Arrow to increase it’s powers and also allow the use of Wild Cyclone and Wild Slash.
Kamen Rider Leangle
Equipment:
- Possibly Low 7-B via Evolution Tarantula for Human Key (Can use the Spider Undead’s powers and can partially transform into it. Fought against the Tarantula Undead using these powers)
- Empathic Manipulation (Can enhance the fighting spirit of the wearer)
- Rage Power (The Spiritual Grett can increase Leangle’s punching and kicking power by the energy generated by anger and hatred)
- Forcefield Creation and Power Nullification (The Blessing Shield creates an invisible shield and nullifies enemy attacks. The Emerald Shell is an extra shield that is generated around the head)
- Enhanced Senses (Can adjust his hearing to hear object 10km away and has a 1000x zooming function)
- Vibration Manipulation (His blades vibrated 2 million times per second)
- Purification (Type 1) (The Mask of Monolith can instantly purify toxins and gases)
- Summoning (Likely comparable to Blade and Garren who can communicate with their bikes through brain waves. Can control the Green Clover at will)
- Elemental Intangibility via Gel Jellyfish
- Extrasensory Perception (Could sense the presence of the Jellyfish Undead)
- Resistance to Electricity Manipulation (Scales to Blade, although to a lesser degree)
- Resistance to Poison Manipulation and Mind Manipulation (After talking to the Spider Undead, Mutsuki was able to break from Titan’s poison, which was able to control his mind to make him fight his allies and act off of animalistic instincts. This poison was also able rot away at a tree 2 seconds after it had made contact)
- Athletic Human LS (Likely physically stronger than the Tortoise Undead, who could casually swing 100 kilograms of steel)
- Unsealing should be changed to Summoning

- Leangle Buckle: Mutsukiś transformation device which allows him to transform into Kamen Rider Leangle. After transformation, attached to the belt is a container which hold his Rouze Cards
- Leangle Rouzer: Leangleś personal weapon, the Leangle Rouzer is a lance like weapon. On one end are three blades which are shaped in a clover, all vibrating 2 million times per second. On the other is the Slash Leader which reads various Rouze Cards to allow Leangle to perform special attacks. The Leangle Rouzer can read three cards at a time.
- Rouze Cards: Various Cards which hold the power of previously defeated Undeads. By sliding it across the Leangle Rouzer’s Slash Leader, Mutsuki is able to use the powers of each respective card.
- Stab Bee: A Rouze Card of the 2 of Clubs, the Bee Undead. It is used Increase the sharpness of the Leangle Rouzer, enhancing it’s stabbing attacks.
- Screw Mole: A Rouze Card of the 3 of Clubs, the Mole Undead. It is used Increase his power through his screw punch or drill attacks.
- Rush Rhino: A Rouze Card of the 4 of Clubs, the Rhino Undead. It is used to increase the user’s speed. It is likely comparable to Mach Jaguar as it overwhelmed both Chalice and Blade.
- Bite Cobra: A Rouze Card of the 5 of Clubs, the Cobra Undead. It is used Increase his power through a scissor kick.
- Blizzard Polar: A Rouze Card of the 6 of Clubs, the Polar Bear Undead. It is used to supplement his attacks with ice, pushing back enemies and flash freezing them.
- Gel Jellyfish: A Rouze Card of the 7 of Clubs, the Jellyfish Undead. It is used to transmute his body into liquid, allowing it to pass through small openings and attacks.
- Poison Scorpion: A Rouze Card of the 8 of Clubs, the Scorpion Undead. It is used to supplement his attacks with poison.
- Smog Squid: A Rouze Card of the 9 of Clubs, the Squid Undead. It is used to supplement his attacks with smoke or release smoke to blind enemies.
- Remote Tapir: A Rouze Card of the 10 of Clubs, the Tapir Undead. It is used to summon previously sealed Undead as loyal servants.
- Rouze Absorber: Like Kenzaki’s Rouze Absorber, it is a device which is attached to Leangle’s wrist, it holds a maximum of three Rouze Cards, a category Jack, Queen, and King. These cards are capable of enhancing the user’s armor, Blade and Garren used this to change their Ace forms into Jack Form, although it is unlikely that Leangle can access these forms.
- Fusion Elephant: A Rouze Card of the Jack of Clubs, the Elephant Undead. Unlike Blade and Garren, Leangle does not have a Jack Form, instead, he can summon the Elephant Undead. The Elephant Undead was able to easily beat both base Blade and Garren, cracking the former’s helmet, and is likely comparable to both Jack Forms.
- Absorb Tiger: A Rouze Card of the Queen of Clubs, the Tiger Undead. Blade and Garren use Absorb cards in conjunction with the Fusion and Evolution card to access different forms. However, Leangle wasn’t able to access any of these forms.
- Evolution Tarantula: A Rouze Card of the King of Clubs, the Tarantula Undead. Blade uses the Evolution card in conjunction with his Absorb card to access his King form. However, Leangle wasn’t able to access any of these forms. Instead, it summoned the Tarantula Undead. Mutsuki can also use this to access the power of the Tarantula Undead while outside his suit.
Relativistic to Relativistic+ combat and reaction speed: Blade Jack Form was able to block light bullets from Garren Jack Form. Kanai was able to activate his forcefield before Garren’s bullets could hit him, the said shields are not passive as they do not form when others are close. Base Form Blade was able to intercept a throw from Kanai. Base Blade was also able to intercept Chalice’s light arrows. Trial E was capable of dodging Garren’s bullets. Titan was able to swat Garren’s bullets out of the air.
