The head-cutting feat is 14 kilojoules, so it's borderline baseline 9-B. Black Sun simply upscales from normal Kaijin, which would make him baseline 9-B (15 Kilojoules).

I'm more interested the outcome of Ark Zero vs Zein, if he has the access to Ark One Progrise Key then Horobi-Ark has a higher chance to win
Also Garren King Form doesn't have all cards attached to him unlike Blade King Form, prolly weaker but not in large margin and this is the actual King Form since Blade King Form has the highest fusion rate
