Since standard Battle Asumptions assume they are in Character just willing to kill I think Kaleid Shirou has this
He’s a more powerful and more experienced version of the Shirou that almost beat him
Along with a far bigger Mana reserve that allowed him to hold back Ea till Miyu Escaped for an extended period of time
And another thing to not forget is that he even survived a Non fully charged Ea as well although it take him out of the fight but this was even After the Miyu Amp was gone
I vote for Shirou
Only Win con for Gil to win is if he uses Ea and charges it fully ASAP

Gil had every reason to job especially hard against Shirou in the past, and he has no reason to job any less against this Shirou, so yeah, he gets ******.

Yeah It will basically just play out like the fight from UBW just far faster and even less in Gils favor
It would also be similar to when Shirou fought Angelica but without Space Time Magic to stop him so the fight has potential to End in like 20 seconds

Even Kid Gil made a mockery of her. But she actually had a chance because she doesn't care about holding back. Then again, she didn't abuse stuff like Auto-Deflectors or Vimana, so still gets ****** :V
