@Yomi
I said he was Macro-Quantum due to manipulating electrons and photons. I never said he can manipulate elementary particles.
Ah ok then that's clarified.i thought you would say his regen is somehow on that level O__O

^Basically this

When did even beast regenerate from Elementary Particles?

After he got hit by a nuke.

@Gargoyle

Electrons and Photons aren't Elementary Particles tho.

They're both Macro-Quantum, but Kakine is just a higher end of it.

After reading the above arguments I'm inclined to give my vote to Kakine for the reasons above. Yomi and Aizen did a pretty good job summing things up.

Beast gets naturally stronger over time too. Infinite clones seems pretty op but then again so is Reactive Adaptation, or at least naturally getting stronger.

In any case I see this as a tie. No descisive way for either to end, with leaning on the Beast.

Still going for tie but just to clarify, John was literally ripped apart into nothing and absorbed into that Ray Sphere Blast. Then began to be created from nothing slowly getting stronger. So him being absorbed by Kakine might be even more detrimental for Kakine since he's gonna get stronger and likely use his own element against him.

You seems to underestimate jobine dark matter, if he adsorb him he can analyze him and can even recreate him (he recreated sisters clone from residual information in the area , and created an holistic esper on othinus will ,another self with different personality ) and dark matter can have any properties he wants ,really if he was a bit competent he would beat the accel

Um. No. Their Matter Manipulation is equal (Elementary Particle level).

This is Inconclusive. Beast resists Kakine's Matter Manipulation, and Beast can't truly kill Kakine without destroying all the Dark Matter in the world.

Malox, The Sisters Clone Project is nothing like the Beast.

And I'm not even trying to argue on whether it's a tie or not or who wins. It's a tie. That's all there is.

Yeah, pretty sure it doesn't work on Kakine unless OP specifically says that it can. And if that's the case, then Beast can just completely nullify his powers.

But without it, it's still Inconclusive. They can't kill each other.

Actually. I would like to see proof of this regening from elementary particles.
He can manipulate electrons and photons, which are elementary particles.

He should be able to regenerate from them, but the point is, he is also Resistant to Matter Manipulation on that level, so Kakine can't do anything to him.

I still dont see how her survives being absorbed, unless he has a resistance for it or something
Indeed

Resistance to Absorption is different from Resistance to matter manipulation

Kakine needs to break his opponents down on a Macro-Quantum level in order to absorb them.

Which, he can't do in the first place. This is Inconclusive. Neither of them can kill each other.

I literally just told you a hundred times Beast resists his matter manipulation.
And matter manipulation is not the problem here.

its absorption on an elementary particle level.
