Overwhelming Kaguya is probably PIS or else he would be Low 5-B.

Kamui manages to make your body intangablle and the only reason you dont see someone getting a hand through the head is because one you see it in a much less brutal way and plot Obitio did it to one of the Anbu guards placing his hand in their stomache

Agreeing with Kink here I've never seen Kakashi or Obito use kamui to kill.

Also I would like to point out that Hyuugas pressure points strike were only shown to shut down chakra points never to instantly kill.

Still inconclusive however starting to lean toward Kenshiro given the fact Kakashi can't stay in the Susanoo forever and no one is giving out ways Kakashi could take Kenshiro quickly.

Actually Kakashi can do a Kamui while attacking. That is the Kamui chdori attack he did to Kaguya that meant he was intangibale while atttacking. It seems to only be possiblw while having both eyes. And it takes out the chunk of the body hit by Kakashi.
