could be that due to Cloud Gouger being weakened but also shockwaves don't have to necessarily move at ONLY the Speed of Sound, Shockwaves irl are still capable of traveling at speeds well over the speed of sound

Kyoura is busy fighting Chihiro, pulling items back from being pulled by Hakuri (because Hakuri can instill warehouse aura into Chihiro so that every merchandise touched by Chihiro will also become registered to Hakuri) (over "half" of items are such affected), protecting the remaining items from being "stolen", and is in such a panic he hurries into auctioning Shinuchi.

I think that calculation is underselling what Hiyuki's feat is supposed to be.

The Rakuzaichi arena is clearly modeled after the Ryogoku Kokugikan. Just look at the real deal and the rakuzaichi. It's near one to one

Eh we don't know exactly where they were prior to this since Chihiro has that full talk with them as we know but the scene does cut and fade to black so they're exact locations isn't discernable.

I mean if we do think they were still far underground and at the stage of the auction then yeah we're looking at a 8-A to 7-C feat but we just don't know for certain her exact location for that to work

See the issue is, that conversation was inside of Takfuku's pocket dimension. And it's clearly implied that time isn't in sync between those two moments. Especially considering that the attack happens before Shiba can make his move to rescue Chichiro.
