Killer Queen is comparable to CD who's comparable to SP who's explicitly faster than light. Anyway Sheer Heart Attack soloes, if KQ is the only one allowed he just touches him if given a chance or picks up a hangar and chucks it and detonates it.

Amist my joke reply, I'm voting for Kira too mainly because of the first bomb and Sheer Heart Attack.

Junkrat's initial range advantage will probably hurt Kira at first, but once Sheer Heart Attack is out, there's not much he can do once it gets near Junkrat (not much for a clothes store lol). He either tries to shoot the thing with explosives and get a bigger explosive in the face or tries to go for the close kill on Kira himself (I don't think he can really try to get close. Any other projectile might as well just get blown up if KQ can touch it in time) and gets atomized.
