Eh, extremely consistent 8-B isn't that bad all things considered. JJK already established itself from early on as not being the kind of verse where half the cast is on par with nuclear weapons.

Also, as a note on the feat page itself:
Mechamaru's Ultimate Cannon is significantly above his regular attacks, to the point that it effectively would've one-shotted Panda if it weren't for his weird physiology. Panda himself was physically stronger than Mechamaru even without Gorilla core, as well.
That being said, Divine Dog Totality is simply as strong as two Divine Dogs put together, and it was strong enough to damage a suppressed Hanami, with it being stated later in Origin of Obedience that the second Finger Bearer was a much softer target by comparison. So assuming Megumi is relative to the Divine Dogs physically, during Goodwill he'd actually scale to like 12.7 Tons, which is around the same as the Ultimate Cannon calc anyway.

Still forced Hanami to dodge, and Megumi states when fighting Finger Bearer 2 that it was capable of damaging him.

Dodging means nothing. And Megumi could just be wrong as we saw it didn't harm Hanami. But yeah regardless this would just put totality around first grade.

Up until this point though, Hanami was just facetanking everything that was being thrown at him, not even trying to dodge, so suddenly changing that behavior probably means he felt Totality was a genuine threat.

Third scan has no relationship to first and second
We literally see Hanami right hand being fine in first panel of third scan. It shown damage after Dog attacked it.
Even anime shows same thing.

I'm begging you get your eyes checked.
The first scan shows Maki hitting Hanami and making the dent in her arm. The second panel is the dog attacking and not leaving any wound.
When the manga did not support the debater's scaling his last ditch effort was to summon his divine general "Anime Scaling" a long treasured tool of powerscalers

It has nothing to do with third scan that's what I meant. Maki hurting Hanami hand dent in First or second doesn't matter. Hanami has Regeneration. Third scan first panel shows it was being fine. Its injuries are shown after dog attacked it.
Even anime shows same scene Megumi dog doing the same instead of PC.

LOK even posted the scan for Megumi dog damaging Hanami and even Manga scan you posted shows Hanami hand being fine in the first panel of the Third scan and injury was reflected after Divine Dog attacked them.
You just ran out of excuses to admit you are not wrong. That's all.

When the profiles are changed by the revisions I'll make a JJK tournament to "decide" the top 10. I'll include characters that are generally in everyone's top 10, such as: Sukuna, Gojo, Yuta, Kenjaku, Yuki, Yorozu, Kashimo, Maki, Hakari, Yuji etc.
But it won't be a tournament per se by more like fights for the position. Sukuna Vs Gojo for the 1st, Yuta Vs Kenjaku for the 3rd, and then Yorozu, Kashimo, Yuki for the 4th, 5th and 6th. I mean I can maybe do it now since these characters will end up with the same rating and they were already done in the case of Yuta and Kenjaku.
