There is nothing indicates Maki has enough knowledge on Hakari.
Also already addressed the fact if Yuta was really joking or Generous he wouldn't have called Jackpot Hakari as stronger than him. He would have just said he is stronger than me. There was no reasons for Yuta to joke around & specifically state which version is stronger than him.
I don't care about current Arc giving a new rating but Yuta who knows about his own strength and as a student Gojo has enough knowledge on Hakari either during sparing session or wherever.
Only Yuta glazers would deny the statement for Jackpot Hakari > Yuta. (culling game arc)
Again most of the yuta glazers bringing up current statement from Kenjaku and Insurance bullshit statement of Maki. This current arc statement has nothing to do with Culling game arc.

(Higuruma blitzes from within the domain and oneshots with the sword of judgement ending the manga)
