No. That panel is heavily misinterpreted as some deterrent to why Yuta cannot become the strongest, and is immediately invalidated within the same chapter. Uro and Ryu make this assumption under the impression that Yuta came into that fight with the intention to spare them, a sentiment that is immediately dismissed the moment Ryu realizes why they were even still alive, for their points.
JJK 0 goes out of his way to display that selfishness is abundant in Yuta, to the point where he didn’t even contemplate the possibility that Geto may even be right, but the idea of being self-affirmed is the only thing that matters in enlightening, a sentiment both Sukuna and Gojo share. And if none of this solidifies it, the first person in the entire series on-screen to display the contrast of winning by dying vs winning even if you die, was Yuta. That is selfishness incarnate.
A lot of you don’t understand Yuta Okkotsu and it shows.
