The Jorgeon powers is not based solely on manipulation of reality? Well, Bill lived in a dimension where basically there was no space-time and reality, and still see the damage that occurred when his dimension collided with ours, inanimate objects come to life, intelligence and organs, destroyed and distorted most of the natural laws, etc..
