Stands cannot be affected by physical beings AT ALL. They can't even be seen by people who aren't Stand Users.

What's the distance? If the battle starts off within Stone Free's range she should take it (Jolyne has dealt with mind manipulation before with White Snake and Survivor, didn't exactly resist obviously but at least she has experience). Honestly depends on the distance on who takes it.
