so basically, this Calc that was used for low tiers speed scaling was recalced at an higher Value (Mach 0.83 to Mach 1.2)
so simple enough, the Low tiers scale to the new Calc value, there shouldnt be any problem to this cuz the next calc used for mid tiers scaling is Mach 25.8, plenty of space to keep consistency
in the last speed CRT of the verse, these were the characters accepted to scale to the feat (check the adjusted speed scaling, the bottom Tiers)
just changing the calc value, slightly changed the reasoning of scaling so its about they scaling to Long, and not the Nail Fiend

Dragon Fiend Blocks Bullets: (Mach 1.2)
- Long (Did her feat)
- Cosmo (Comparable to her colleague Long)
- Initial Asa Yoru (Danced around initial Yuko and could parry her tentacles for a while despite Yuko's advantage in limbs and being able to read her mind. Did her feat. Killed the Carpenter Bee Devil. Worth noting that Asa's usually too clumsy to actually utilize her speed.)
- Initial Yuko (Far faster than Asa and Yoru even while holding back "Justice" Devil contractors who become devils themselves outright compare themselves to Public Safety's contracts; should be semi comparable to Long)
- Fox Devil (Should be superior to Long as a full fleshed Devil.)
- Angel (As a full on Special Division devil, he should at least be comparable to Long)
- Post-Training Power (Should similarly have grown in speed like Post-Training Denji after her training with Kishibe, should be reasonably comparable to the Long, During Kishibe's training, manages to help land a cut on him with Denji, Leaped out the way of the Gun Fiend's shots at close range)
- Post-Training Denji (Faster than before due to his training with Kishibe, his growth should be comparable to that of Power's)
- Human Reze (At least; Was able to perception blitz Post-Training Denji, slicing through his throat and cutting off his hand in the same slash before he could even react)
- Initial Hybrid Denji (Easily superior to Long; Generally portrayed to be faster when transformed; being able to dodge attacks from and land attacks before devils such as the Bat Devil could properly react. Able to trade blows with Katana Man and easily blitzed a couple of goons.)
- Bat Devil (Comparable to initial Hybrid Denji's speed, can tag him by throwing cars)
- Peak Yuko (Stronger after being revived by the Death Devil, gave public safety trouble, easily superior to Long)
- Post-Weakening Hybrid Denji (At most; Portrayed to be faster than Post-Training Chainsaw Man, slower than before due to the success of his depowerment. However, still fast enough to dodge all of Post-Revival Yuko's tendrils with ease who, before her revival by Fami, could block crossbow shots. Later saved Asa before the Justice Devil's tendrils could hit them and shown to be fast enough to wall run and keep up with speeding motorcycles)
