Scenario: Doctor Strange invents a spell that gives him an overview of the timeline. Through this, he discovers that certain points in the timestream change retroactively. The radioactive spider that bit Peter Parker became a magic radioactive spider. The Hulk kept developing more and more personalities. People's entire lives were being spontaneously redefined and rediscovered. After carefully studying the phenomenon, he discovered the source. A strange God called The Heir of Breath had been altering history at his leisure. Strange summons the foe and demands he stop, but the Heir isn't willing to budge in the issue. Their argument turns to blows with a duel that is sure to shake the Multiverse!

What would strange start with?

Going through his ither threads, it seems random. Sometimes he starts with thought based mindhaxed, other times he casts illusions, etc. What I have gathered is that him summoning or channelling 2-A's is rare, so that could screw him over if his first move takes to long or doesn't immediately take John out.

Both have win conditions at least. If John starts with Plot Hax or Retcons, Strange is ******, but Strange has a plethora of hax that ***** John over just as badly.

How often does John start with that hax and how quick is it to activate?

He doesn't use plot manipulation that often, but Retcons are far more common and somewhat thought based.

John can will himself to anywhere in Paradox Space with a thought, so he could travel back to Strange's past instantly. Once there, he could prevent the fight from even happening by befrending Strange, making sure he never became the Sorcerer Supreme, killing him when he was young, etc.
