Cena has a very good LS advatnage. I'm not going to say Cena's more skilled yet until I get more input for Atom.

iirc atom is controlled by a former boxing champion, kind of doubt he can stack up to cena in experience though

Well, not only did Cena get downgraded significantly to the point where Cena can't do any permanent damage thanks to Atom's Type 2, but Cena (as well as many others), might possibly be getting upgraded to 9-A, so let's put this match on hold for now.
