This is probably one of the most popular fantasy matchups for the WWE franchise and one I'm pretty interested in these two being the company faces for their respective eras and even now, who wins?

Well, I think Hogan has slightly better Pain Tolerance/Endurance/Stamina than Cena.

Afaik, I don't remember Cena ever no-selling finishing moves like Hulk Hogan did. Hogan's finisher will also do more damage than Cena's finisher, as very few people have kicked out of Hogan's Leg Drop, while I can name over 5 wrestlers who kicked out of the AA.

I will also say that Cena is likely smarter, and has a more versatile moveset than Hogan. Cena being a better strategist means that he will do a very good job at being wary of that Leg Drop. It won't be that hard considering that Hogan's moveset is extremely limited and bare bones when compared to Cena's.
