Jibanyan to Small Building and MHS. Jibanyan S to City

I believe Jib's should be upgraded to Small Building. He was contested the might of a truck for a few seconds and constantly endures speeding trucks launching him past clouds. He even has a feat where an Alternate Form of Jibanyan, Jetnyan, who is essentially Jibanyan with a Jet Hat, can punch with the force of Jumbo Jet Engines, which are commonly Small Building. Jibanyan S should be buffed to City Level as his S Ranking should mean he is comparable to Venoct and Kyubi. Jibanyan should also be Massively Hypersonic as his Paws of Fury are comparable in speed to USApyon's Laser beams, which resemble plasma. Plasma ions move at 180,000 kilometers per hour (50000 meters per second or Mach 145.77259).

Being at the same rank doesn't mean you're as strong as everyone else. In yo kai watch, the oni brothers, the venoct forms, Lord enma and nurarihyon are all s ranks but the power gap is there. Jibanyan S has no real feats that put him at Venoct/Kyubi.

Also, Jibanyan's being 9-A makes sense. He should simply have MHS Combat speed.

Combat speed is what i'm going at. And yes while Lord Enam and Zazel have a huge powergap. Yo-kai of S Ranking consistently scale to each other as Yo-kai like Kyubi and Venoct are comparable despite never fight AFAIK.Also, despite Lord Enma clearly being stronger than Venoct, Venoct still fought with him for long periods of time, meaning he is still somewhat in the same tier.
