She either starts with basic Danmaku or goes for Energy/Soul/Tempermant hax IIRC

Leading with Time Slow>Energy and Danmaku and unless Soul can attack with a thought I don't see her being fast enough on the draw to beat Jeanne.

Voting Tenshi for Sword of Hisou and while her ability to manipulate the Earth wouldn't be much of an offensive advantage, it would sitll able to keep Jeanne off balance since she never stiked me as an aerial combative allowing Tenshi some openings .
TIme slow will give an advantage for Jeanne but it won't help her win since Tenshi does have experience againts Time stopping opponents
