Huh, seems odd but I guess it doesn't matter much either way since Jalter just mind manips ftw. And yes she probably can do that since she already does so easily to numerous dragons, including the likes of Fafnir who would have similar, if not superior, magic resistance (including mind manip) as Saber.

She is also nearly x4 stronger than Aquilo, better at combat, magic resist to cushion the elemental manip and has dragons to run interference, match Aquilo's flight, and for even more magic resist. Dragon Witch vs a Dragon probably wasn't the best idea Vel.
 
Thats why I pointed out my reasoning for it just in case. Next paragraph outlines why she wins anyway. Take my vote for Jalter ovo

Her mind manipulation also works to that degree.

Basically all magicians and sword masters have natural resistance to these sorts of abilities so she only really uses it on fodder.

She is also pretty arrogant and usually uses water bullets to kill ppl, but she does also use dragon words to control the natural laws:

As i said she only uses it on fodder, cause every strong magician and sword master has mental defenses, so not much i guess? It's an option she has though.

Normally she uses her dragon words to control the laws of nature or she shots her water bullet thing, and if she realizes she is in trouble she dehydrates her opponent.

Guess it depends on whether she thinks jalter is fodder or not. Cause everyone who isn't fodder in TBEM has mental defenses so she doesn't even attempt to use it on them.
 
Yea she can sense how strong people are.

But yea she has only used it to control regular humans, cause it's not gonna work on anyone relevant in the series so maybe she will just assume jalter has mental defenses?

Idk it's weird.
 
I don't think her senses are that good, she should just have the standard being able to sense how strong someone is, and also being able to sense "the flow of the world" since she gave theo that ability.
 
Yeah, I meant that. If Aquilo can sense Jalter's power level and finds out that she's strong, would she assume Jalter to have mental defense like other strong characters in TBEM and choose normal combat?
