Jasom has bettet hax and can't be put down for good by any of the Creeper's arsenal or abilities.
The worst he can do to Jason is maybe blow up his heart, but it can regenerate. Once it comes out, though? Creeper isn't resisting it's effects at all without direct proof he can resist mind manipulation/hypnotics.
Either a stalemate, or Jason eventually wins.

The Creeper may have the advantage in flight, but Jason is physically stronger, more durable, and arguably better regen (Creeper's regen is more reliant on consuming the limbs of his victims to replace them). I lean towards Jason being the victor but not without high difficulty.
