Jake Berenson vs The Thing

I did this some months ago and forgot about it so lets redo it. Anyway, I'm not too sure how the morphing process would interact with Thing assimilation so I figure why not take it here and possibly get some more matches on The Thing's record. Win/win!

Both are standing 10 meters apart, Jake is in tiger morph and the Thing has assimilated a single normal human.

Jake Berenso

The Thing

Jake leaps in to bite The Thing, The Thing starts assimilating.

IDK what he can do to stop that unless his morphing alters himself on the cellular level.

It does actually. The morphing process uses Jake's original DNA as a blueprint to completely restructure his physical body. That would either write out the Thing's DNA or eject Thing mass when he morphs.

The morphing process has a two hour time limit otherwise he'd be stuck as a tiger forever unable to morph. Honestly it's possible he could be effectively brought back from full assimilation if the morphing process is activated afterwards. Or possibly not, that's really speculative.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that Jake'd be very aware of his remaining time and would likely morph before full assimilation.
