ok i see izuru having the edge in intelligence,range,stamina and has more hax to make up here too,while masamune is gonna one shot Izuru if hit by it,its not gonna happen with that instictive reaction and time manipulation he got,so i go for Izuru

Any of Izuru's hax that would affect Gale get auto-nulled by Masamune. just to get that out there

It still doesnt change much,Izuru can last more then Gale and can avoid any strike from the blade with what i said already,also as he is smarter he will think of a plan on how to deal with him and the blade
