Both should start with CQC, where Po would most likely have a slight advantage.

Deku has the advantage in AP and would try to maintain a long distance fight with True Flight and Blackwhip upon seeing that he could not keep the fight in CQC.

Deku can also confuse Po with Smoke Manip and has Fa Jin as an amplifier. I see Deku winning this more often than not, so I'm voting Deku.

I don't see why Po wouldn't be confused, at least for a while, since he won't know Deku's right position.

he could Smell or Hear where deku is within the smoke, its not super useless but Po has ways around it.

This is end of LoA Po, he has insanely good skill in CQC, experience beating opponents who can fly who are likely also superior to Deku in terms of skill, and has enhanced senses which allow him to fight while blind. He also far outclasses Deku in terms of lifting strength and versatility, with ranged moves to counter flight and several insta-win options like his paralysis touch or wuxi finger hold. Granted he likely won't lead with these options, but as the fight progresses he'll definitely use them.

Po has far more experience and imo far better skill and can fight opponents who are far superior to Deku and with less morals and better gimmicks. Po also has slowed Perception with Eyes of Bushido, golden lotus clap that can also stun Deku, etc.

Po has instant incap moves, superior skill and lifting strength, as well as options like his durability scaling higher than his AP and attack reflection to counter Deku's Fa Jin and Blackwhip. Po is also Class M versus Deku's Class 25 at 8%, so Blackwhip can't restrain him, and he can just reflect the rest. I'm voting Po.
