Considering his mind is fine from regular telepathic communication with the other Great Old Ones, I somewhat doubt you could hypnotize him in any practical manner. That and the fact that Cthulhu's Madness Inducement would render Popeye catatonic after a few days.Frieza force soldier 100 said:
