Richard has no control of his job powers that causes reality to malfunction and random events constantly happen, so they basically died and where brought back by a second wave of It

Also would like to mention that the closer to richard the more chaotic things get around him with thouse random effects becoming more dangerous and frequent to the point Nicole was permanently incapacitated as a puddle by one of thouse waves

Hum... even trough Popey don't resist RW based transmutation that is the most common effect of the Job effect I would say his toon force should still make popey don't be incapacitated most of the time sinse a lot of the transmutations don't really incapcitate and other waves of job may bring Popey back... and if popey takes too long to defeat richard the job effect will just destroy everything and popey will tank It

Isn't this a stomp? Even if Richard manages to unleash his power, he'll probably get himself killed in the process and Popeye will just tank it because it's not like this is the first time the universe has collapsed on him. Maybe have Popeye start without spinach to make it more fair since he can just summon it anyway?
