Stronger than anyone in Naruto (9 layers, Peak Sasuke has 7), but there's no way Itachi will know that before being affected and AP wise i think Itachi is stronger so he probably wouldn't see Daemon as a noteworthy threat.

His Genjutsu is useless, but Itachi doesn't know that.

Why would he start with Amaterasu? When he did that in canon?

Anyway, if he can't destroy Daemon's soul before being put under an illusion he isn't killing Daemon.

Susanoo Sealing Isn't working here if Itachi's Susanoo Shield can stop it's attack. I say this because the moment he goes into Susanoo Daemon can copy his Susanoo and it's abilities/effects.

Does he start with it? Itachi can spawn them on Daemon to bypass the barrier. And how is he gonna possess itachi if he's busy being vaporised?

Also, it burns "slowly" because people in Naruto resist it. It quickly burnt away things before

Amaterasu can be blocked by Real Ilusions, at worst Daemon looses his body and possesses Itachi -- his body burning means nothing in this case because Daemon can survive without a body.

Not explained how exactly, if anyone can find a scan on how he was able to do it it'd be cool. But even after his body dying he managed to stay alive.

It enters the user's mind and affects the user's mind. If someone believes it's not an illusion they will be affected irl, they will feel pain and the effects.

Possesion wouldn't exactly work on Itachi. Itachi is just his soul. His physical body isn't biological at all so unless he can possess that it does nothing

Daemon's possession is actually via soul manipulation kek.

It's not Mukuro's path body possession, but literally controlling and possessing one's soul.
