Tbh, I have no idea how these layers work. But as stated in this Void page i send, effects of the voids are 4D

What about his totsuka blade and amaterasu and let's not forget about his IQ.

The Totsuka Blade doesn't work because this dude resists Soul Hax and Itachi isn't strong enough to physically harm him with it anyways, so his only option for any chance at victory is Amaterasu and depending on which version of Itachi this is he can't even use it very much or else his eyes will go blind pretty quickly.
