Nobara doesn't have better travel speed, the superhuman is combat and reaction, if she does, her travel speed isn't a separate rating and since speed is equal she'd be below average human while Freddy's travel speed is peak human. Nobara changes her strategy depending on who she fights but generally she doesn't solely attack with range

Why would she not attack a hulking animatronic bear (whos apparently faster in travel speed btw) with range? This fight is not gonna be not-ranged.

Freddy's Peak Human travel speed won't matter at close range, where Nobara dominates due to having actual combat skills. This is assuming that Freddy doesn't just immediately get exorcised by her CE or get blown apart by Resonance + Hairpin.

CE can interact with souls but usually it doesn't, Nobara herself can only interact with souls through Ressonance
